Okay so I have to make this quick because it's a friends birthday tonight and we're partying!
I just wanted to update everyone on a few things.

First:
You will never guess what the 3 of us are doing . . . That is right we are training for a triathlon. Now I'm pretty sure than it is a mini one but its something, right?? So far the swimming and running are gonna kill me, but I LOVE the bike. I guess I always have!

Second:
I remember a few years back I used to think my sweet sister Kellie and her roommates were so weird!! They would take pictures of all of them JUMPING!! Weird huh? Yeah, I didn't understand it . . . . and then I tried it. You get the SILLIEST pictures and I love it!! Here are some examples:Funny huh?

Third:
On that same night we took LOTS of pictures however I have strict instructions from the roomies that I am not allowed to post them. Blame them!

Fourth:
Ian introduced me to the neatest website! Its called Pandora.com and you input your favorite song or band/singer and it makes a whole continuous playlist of songs you would like based on that information. The best part is that it is COMPLETELY commercial free, none of these short Office Max clips, nope. NONE! I love it, it is always on now!! You know what I'll make it easy for you, HERE is the link. P.S. through this I have found how much I love Taylor Swift . . . but don't tell anyone I admitted it!

So back to the picture today was the first day we actually got to play with the sheep and let me just tell you how fun that is!! Boy they are stubborn!

Its been a good time

So I have a few things on my mind right now.

First of all my birthday was this week and may I say it was probably the best. Not that I could explain why, it was just really good! I really missed my brother though, it was the first birthday I have every had without him and I'll be completely honest, I felt like a big part of me was missing. I cannot believe he has been out for a WHOLE year already but I still cant believe that there is still another year before I get to see him again!! I mean who wouldn't miss this face.Also my one roommate, Emily moved out which was very sad but Mads moved in which made me very happy. So the transition was bittersweet. Anyways, my point of this is that Mads and Kelli took me out to Firehouse Pizza and that was awesome! Here are some pics.Next, do you remember when I posted that video about voting a while back? Another thing that I have been thinking about recently is how awesome my family is, I really am so lucky! I have the best sisters in the whole world who have all married wonderful men. I have the best brother anyone could ever ask for. My mom is the greatest, strongest lady I know who has the best cuddles when you're sick and my dad. Wow, I have such an awesome dad! Recently, I have felt like my dad and I have become closer than ever and I can tell him anything. Can I just tell you how good it feels to know you have at least 11 people you can count on plus many friends and other family. It is the greatest feeling in the whole world! In honor of them, the greatest picture I could find . . .
School is back in session and so far so good. I officially start working with sheep tomorrow and I don't really know what to expect yet. I fell in love with horses last semester but don't exactly see that happening with sheep. I just have a thing for companion animals and sheep don't really fit that part. I am still actively looking for a job and if anyone knows of anything let me know. I have never had such a hard time finding a job, ever. Welcome to a college town I guess. Other than that Biology is surprisingly interesting thus far and I hope it continues. We went to the library tonight and were VERY surprised to find human interaction extremely scarce. It appears as though no one studies until right before tests, I learned from last semester that maybe that wont work so well with me . . . unless its an essay test on horses, than I can pull a 92% out of my rear end.

Lastly, I feel the need to publicly thank Ian. He has been such a good support to me these last few months. I know that being away from each other has really stretched our relationship to its limit a few times but we have hung on and it has made us stronger. I cannot believe it has been a year and half already! Thank you for everything, for the phone calls each night, for riding FrontRunner for 2 hours just to see me, for understanding when PMS meets with finals, for making my birthday so amazing, but mostly for loving me. You are so sweet and I am grateful for all the times we have had . . . good and bad.

. . . its been a while

Okay, so here is the deal. I have a really hard time updating my blog when I am home because I feel like everyone that is even looks at it knows what I am doing. So, I feel like I don;t have a lot to write about. Therefore, this may or may not be a boring post.

First off, in true Karin fashion I bought lots of cute Aggie things to send to Kevin for Christmas and they are ALL still sitting in the original bag in my room. And to top things off I got a cute Christmas card from him today in the mail. Dang, I'm a jerk. Do you think if I send it to him tomorrow he will get it by Christmas?

. . . Didn't think so.

Secondly, I got to babysit my sweet nephew Jaxon today. Boy, he's a wild one when he is tired, but I just love taking naps with him. He loves to cuddle, and nothing is better than a 4 year olds cuddles. ( I mean that totally not weird, I promise!)

Thirdly, I cut my hair!! I know more people voted to grow it out but because of my easily influenced self and a special night when my hair was dyed pink i didnt really have a choice. All in all, i think its pretty cute. Maybe I'll post a picture . . .

P.S. Dont't worry dad, I have an undershirt RIGHT where this picture cuts off! And to everyone else, I may or may not look slightly retarded in this picture.

Lastly, I got this from my dad today on my email . . . I told everyone I would be famous someday! (I had to put it on the toolbar because it wasn't really working on the post.)

Double lastly, I feel like the break has just begun and I go back in less than two weeks. Ugh this growing up stuff, man I don't know (I just dont wanna let you go). If you don't get that last sentence you obviously don't know very much about country music, and Carrie Underwood.

so I REALLY hate people like me but I think its time to make the blog private.
I know, I don't have any kids to protect or anything but I keep getting random comments on my blog from people I don't know . . . and I'm not okay with that.
