JUST SAY NO GIRL!!
Hope this brightens someone elses day!
Does anyone know what this means anymore?? Yesterday I was on the shuttle and these two (I dare not say old) WOMEN I would say were probably late 50's got on. And guess what . . . They had to stand. Now why would no one let these women sit? Especially when there were probably more than half a shuttle full of men riding at that particular time. Oh and one of the women was barely tall enough to reach the bar!! Then when I got home and told my roomies about it Emily said when she got off the shuttle this morning there was a blind man who was in the crowd of of shuttle-goers and kept running into people. and NO ONE helped him!!!! All it took was an extra 5 minutes for Emily to walk him to the Institute building. I realize what some may be thinking, "Ted Bundy preyed on women who had hearts" but should that stop us from walking a blind man to his class?? I think not!! That is all of my angry-ness for the day!
On a lighter note:
1. Our toaster is broken
2. I stayed 7 dollars under budget at the grocery store yesterday (YES!!!)
3. If I'm not mistaken, only 5 more weeks of class till winter break!
4. Apparently Melanie, one of the choreographers from SYTYCD (the red head that had to dance with Pasha two seasons ago, Kate you know who I mean) was on What Not to Wear 2 years ago. Who woulda thought??
5. I have officially decided that the library could very well be my new home
6. Midterms are FINALLY over!! I swear I had 3 weeks straight of them!
7. I get to do a full necropsy (sp??) on a horse on Monday!!
8. I may have decided I want my hair short again, any opinions??
HA! just kidding, I can't tell you who the murderer is cause Kellie wants to borrow it. I couldn't possibly ruin it for her!!
anyways, here are some pics from the eventful night. FYI I am wearing a "shady" dress.
Sooo in jr high and into high school we would have a Murder Mystery nearly every year for Halloween. We decided to continue with the tradition this year and the party is tonight! We are all so excited!! This year the scene is Chicago in the 1920's and we are trying to learn the whereabouts of "Hal" Coppone. I think my favorite part so far is the invitation, it says:
Okay okay okay so in true Dana Tye fashion, I got a phone call tonight with the best news of the week. A website that has made my major that much better than yours!!! Anyways, just try to tell me this isnt hilarious!!
